As a transformational leader, she is dedicated to encouraging, inspiring and motivating teachers & instructional leaders to innovate and create change that will help grow and shape future scholars. She is the founder of Teach Me Too, LLC, a business committed to providing (on-site & virtual) individualized services & whole group coaching geared towards improving teaching & learning. Austrai holds positions on numerous boards that allows her to give back to her community and contribute to various causes she is passionate about.

As a graduate of the School Leadership Executive Institute (SLEI) & Leadership Salkehatchie, she understands the value of learning from & connecting with like-minded individuals. When she is not busy being a change agent, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family & friends. One of her favorite Bible scriptures is Psalm 46:5 - “God is within her; she will not fall.”
